Praise God My Name is Chief Ossy Chiwa and I am a member of Rccg rivers of Joy. I want to use this opportunity to thank the almighty God for what he did for me and the family especially regarding my business. We have been believing God and praying for a breakthrough especially in my business. There's this particular contract I've been pursuing with a federal parastatal. After so much prayers and waiting it seemed as though the prayers were not manifesting so I seized praying to that effect. But when the seven days marathon praise started, I just decided to praise God in advance of what he will do. On the first day the program started, I spent the day in church praising and dancing believing him for what he will do. The following day, I stepped out to the federal parastatal to see what has been going on. On getting there, the job I had been believing God for was already approved and awarded to me. As a result of the praise, God rose from his throne and he answered me. I want to use this opportunity to encourage us, there is much gain in praising God even in advance of what we are expecting him to do. Philippians 4:6-7 says "[6] Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; [7] and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus". With thanksgiving and praise as emphasis God has promised to give peace and this means giving you the answers to your request. With this, I encourage everyone to key in to this year's marathon praise and I'm believing God that I'd be a part of this year's program. Praise God!
